Privacy for all our users is very important to us. As an App User, when you use our Service (as the App Publisher), we process your Personal Data. This Privacy Statement explains how we protect and process your Personal Data. We recommend you read it carefully.

PROMINENT DISCLOSURE: BACKGROUND ACCESS Vision requires background access to the camera and microphone to perform its core function of live streaming and video transmission. This access is only activated when the user explicitly starts a stream and ensures that the broadcast continues uninterrupted even when the device screen is off or the app is in the background.

1. Types of Data Processed and Purpose

Camera and Microphone Access: Used exclusively to perform WebRTC or RTMP broadcasts initiated by the user. Video and audio data are not stored on the device or our servers; they are transmitted directly to the destination (server or browser) defined by the user.
Automatically Generated Information: We collect and process technical data such as IP address, unique device ID, and operating system version to improve the Service, manage network connectivity, and for error tracking.
Network State: Access to Wi-Fi and cellular data status is required to ensure the continuity and quality of the live stream.

2. Foreground Services

Vision utilizes FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CAMERA, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE, and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CONNECTED_DEVICE permissions on Android 14 and above. The purpose of this usage is:

To prevent the stream from disconnecting when the user switches to another application.
To allow the camera feed and audio transmission to continue seamlessly when the screen is locked.
To provide the user with a persistent, non-dismissible notification while the stream is active, ensuring full transparency and providing a quick-stop control.

3. Data Sharing and Retention

The processed video and audio streams belong entirely to the user. Vision does not record, store, or share this data with any third parties. Data transmission is ephemeral and entirely under the user's control. We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties.

4. Security

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. This includes protecting our infrastructure through firewalls, secure SSL/TLS connections, and encryption of sensitive control data.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to or interact with external RTMP servers or browser-based WebRTC services. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies. Vision is not responsible for the content, security practices, or operations of these third-party websites or services.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If Vision is used for purposes such as a baby monitor, all data transmission and usage must remain under direct parental supervision.

7. Viewing and Deleting Your Data

Since we do not store your stream data or personal media on our servers, there is no personal video content to provide or delete. For any other inquiries related to your application usage data, you can contact us via email to request access or permanent deletion.
